The fruits that we use for this jam come from the most renowned production area in the world: the tip of the Apennines that runs from the heights of compacted sand slopes down towards the sea of the Strait of Sicily, behind Reggio Calabria.

At breakfast it is enjoyed with slices of sourdough bread, shortbreads, butter biscuits or in cakes with butter creams. Long-aged or blue cheeses, sausage meats, and spiced salami find an aromatic and complex shoulder to lean on. Cold fish salads, large fish carpaccio, and caviar have the perfect partner in the bouquet of bergamot jam.

The expiration date is valid for closed and unhandled glass jar.
Store away from light and heat sources.
After opening refrigerate between + 2.0 ° C and + 4.0 ° C. Consume within 10 days of opening.
When open, do not mix to avoid the introduction of air into the mass of the product.
