Do I need to register?

 

To complete your order you will have to register. Once your user account has been generated, you can manage and view your order history, access your Wishlist and subscribe to our newsletter.

   

How can I register?

 

1. Click on "Sig in" at the top right.

 

2. Fill in the form with your data.

 

3. Accept the privacy policy.

 

4.Click on “Sign up”.

 

5. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address provided during registration.

   

How to purchase on www.caffesicilia-shop.it?

 

1. Add the selected products to the cart by clicking on “Add to cart”.

 

2. Go to the cart to check and complete your order.

 

3. Complete the order by entering your data and choosing the payment method.

   

What payment methods can I use? Can I pay cash on delivery?

 

1. Credit card / debit card

 

2. Advance bank transfer

 

Cash on delivery is not among the various payment methods available.

Description: Indicate the date and number of the order, shown in the confirmation email.

 

By choosing at the checkout stage, payment by bank transfer, remember to make the payment within 3 (three) days following the date of issue of your order. After this period, your order will be cancelled.

 

Your order will be handled only after receipt of the amount on our bank account.

   

Do you also ship to the USA and Canada?

 

At the moment we only ship our products within Italy. Our dealer on the US and Canadian territory is Gustiamo.

   

How will my order be delivered? When will I receive it?

 

Within 3 (three) working days following the date of issue of the payment, we reserve the right to prepare and deliver your shipment to the BRT courier. Delivery is expected within the following 72 hours from receipt of the parcel shipment confirmation email.

   

How are shipping costs calculated?

 

Shipping costs are calculated automatically, based on the weight and size of the package.

   

What happens if my delivery is damaged or some products are missing?

 

Contact us at customer@caffesicilia.store within three days following the delivery of the order. We will reply as soon as possible.

   

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

 

Once the order is concluded, an order confirmation e-mail will be delivered to the address provided during registration.

   

I have not received the order confirmation message, what should I do?

 

Check that the e-mail address entered during registration is correct and check the spam box if necessary. If the problem persists, contact us at customer@caffesicilia.store.

   

What amount do I need to reach to qualify for free shipping costs?


For orders over € 80,00 (Eighty euros) shipping costs are free to  Italy; in the towns of Noto, Avola and Rosolini (SR) shipping costs are always free.
 

For orders over € 120.00 (One hundred euros) shipping costs are free to Germany.

For orders over € 150.00 (One hundred fifthy euros) shipping costs are free to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, England, Ireland, Balearic Islands, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

For orders over € 400.00 (Four hundred euros) shipping costs are free to Azores, Corsica, Greece, Madeira, Switzerland.

   

How do I know where my order is located?

 

Once your order has been delivered to the courier, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment, containing the Tracking Number. With the latter you can view the progress of the order. It can take up to 3 (three) days for the shipping data to be available on the BRT website.
