Into honey caramelized to just the right point, we plunge a cascade of freshly toasted almonds—still warm from moments before. To complete the flavor and enhance the appearance, we add a generous amount of green Bronte D.O.P. pistachios—true gems that bring both color and richness to the taste.

It pairs beautifully with the sun-drenched wines of Mediterranean coastal countries, as well as with cognac, Armagnac, and Calvados, even managing to hold its own alongside lightly peated whiskies aged in second-use wooden casks.
